Community guidelines

Masjid Nikkah Hub exists to help Muslims find a spouse through a process that is honest, respectful, and grounded in Islamic values. These guidelines protect everyone on the platform.

What we expect

• Be honest. Your profile must accurately represent who you are. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.
• Be respectful. Treat every introduction with dignity, whether or not you wish to proceed.
• Communicate through the mosque team in the early stages. Do not bypass the introduction process.
• Respect decisions. If someone does not wish to proceed, accept that gracefully and without pressure.

What is not acceptable

• Providing false or misleading information on your profile
• Harassment or inappropriate communication of any kind
• Using the service for any purpose other than seeking marriage
• Sharing another person's profile or information without their consent
• Pressuring anyone into an introduction or a meeting

Consequences

Breaches of these guidelines may result in your profile being suspended or permanently removed. Serious concerns will be referred to your mosque and, where appropriate, to the relevant authorities.
