How to raise a complaint

Email us at hello@masjidnikkahhub.co.uk with a clear description of your concern. Please include your name, the email address you registered with, and any relevant dates or details.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed of progress.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the mosque team associated with your profile.
