Your safety is our first priority. Masjid Nikkah Hub is designed so that you are never alone in this process. Every profile is reviewed in person by a mosque representative before being approved, and introductions are made by a named person at your mosque — not anonymously.

Keeping yourself safe

• Never share personal contact details — phone number, home address, or workplace — before you feel completely comfortable.
• If meeting in person, choose a public place and let someone you trust know where you are going.
• You are never obligated to continue with an introduction. If anything feels wrong, stop.
• Your mosque team is there to support you throughout. Do not hesitate to contact them.

If something has gone wrong

If you have experienced inappropriate behaviour from another user or from anyone involved in the process, please contact us immediately at safeguarding@masjidnikkahhub.co.uk. All concerns are treated seriously and confidentially. We will respond within one working day.
